Healthy Ages After Fifty

 

Healthy Ages is a FREE membership program expressing Kadlec Medical Center's commitment to the health care needs and concerns of the 50+ population.

 

Benefits of Healthy Ages Membership
Program Coordinator - A specially trained Program Coordinator is available to help you find community services and resources.
Education Programs - Each month you will be invited to special programs on a variety of topics on health care issues. Monthly Medicare classes are also offered to help you understand benefits and to keep you informed about changes.

Insurance Assistance - Your Healthy Ages Program Coordinator can assist in filing and tracking insurance and Medicare supplement claims and to act as an intermediary between you and health care professionals.
Newsletters - Twice a year, you will receive "Healthy Foundations," a newsletter hightlighting hospital services and events as well as general health topics.
