Education is the first step toward managing diabetes. At Kadlec's Diabetes Learning Center, we are committed to helping clients gain a better understanding of diabetes as well as the self-management skills and confidence needed to live full and happy lives.
Our nationally recognized Diabetes Learning Center provides personalized diabetes counseling for those who are newly diagnosed, not well-controlled, have a change of status or change in treatment approach.

Our staff is comprised of six Certified Diabetes Educators, with three registered nurses and three registered dietitians.
The Diabetes Learning Center has earned education recognition by the American Diabetes Association. One of the main criteria for gaining this recognition is demonstrating how programs provide ongoing education and community outreach, plus offering patients a coordinated plan of care among physicians and staff at the Diabetes Learning Center.
